Tips from the video

  • If it's bright outside and there is no shade. Backlight your model! Meaning put the sun behind her/him and use a flash to illuminate them from the front. This will create an angelic effect.
  • Instruct your model to make small changes everytime they hear the shutter. This will give you more variety in your shots.
  • Give positive feedback and show your model the photos during the shoot to build confidence.
